I\u00b4m VERA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">I have the interest of sharing the great potential of various somatic techniques in lieu of internal and external transformation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">I have explored the somatic arts for many years as a means of self-knowledge, creative expression, and emotional catharsis. I\u00b4m a <strong>certified Hatha Yoga teacher<\/strong> since 2009 (Yoga Alliance E-RYT200), and I have been a <strong>professional contemporary dancer<\/strong> with specializations in Graham and Limon techniques. I have been complemented my work with classical ballet and jazz along other contemporary styles, yoga and <strong>Pilates<\/strong>, technique that I gained my certification as a teacher from Pilates Coach in 2004. Since then I have gathered a great deal of experience teaching on its various apparatus and use of props.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">I was part of the Professional Dance School of Mazatlan and I have been performed in various forums and theathers under the direction of choreographers of international stature like Victor Ruiz, Claudia Lavista, Rafael Carlin and Lola Lince among others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">I completed a <em>course in anatomy and somatic techniques for the stage <\/em>with the University of Guadalajara, and a t<em>ranspersonal Mindfulness education training for children and teens<\/em>. I graduated with a <strong>degree in Communication Sciences and Techniques<\/strong> and I am currently a photographer by profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The bigger labor I have is to be <em>mother of two girls.<\/em> I\u00b4ve mexican family origin, recently living in California.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hi!
